Ken Jones, Vice President of Engineering, is responsible for leading an amazingly talented and diverse team of engineers and researchers at Nominum. Ken thrives on building and managing great teams and using them to craft and tune the engine to creates both high quality products/services and high quality careers.
Prior to joining Nominum, Ken was VP of Engineering at Blue Coat Systems where he led the development of the WAN optimization product line. He has also held senior management positions with security and networking industry leaders including Netscreen/Juniper, Bay Networks/Nortel, and Concord Communications/CA. Ken holds a BS and Masters Degree in EE from Cornell University.
When he’s not getting the latest software release out the door Ken spends time with four great kids, two dogs, and his extremely patient wife. His commitment to community extends his skills to include Scouts, athletics, and social programs.
