Centris™ is a next generation threat aggregation database for aggregation and centralized management of hundreds of millions of records about Internet threats. Centris is an integral part of the Trusted Response and Universal Enforcement (TRUE) Architecture™, constantly synchronizing with multiple real-time threat information feeds such as reputation lists, and propagating this data to Nominum’s Malicious Domain Redirection (MDR) module or other enforcement points throughout the carrier network such as mail gateways, web proxies or firewalls.

Nominum has partnerships with leading reputation vendors to ensure complete integration and simple deployment. Customer developed threat databases or other databases can be accessed with SOAP XML, an API or a flat file. Threat data transfers take advantage of special adaptive algorithms developed by Nominum to ensure efficient and robust update processing.

With diverse data sources threats can be stopped regardless of the application used to distribute them. Subscribers are protected with up to the minute threat data while they are browsing the web, reading email, or using any IP service from their PC, phone or other device.
