Former Lucent and IBM executive, David Kam, appointed regional sales director, Greater China Region
Redwood City, CA, September 6, 2005 – Nominum, the leading provider of IP address infrastructure solutions, today announced the appointment of David Kam as regional sales director, Greater China Region. In this role, David will be responsible for driving sales and business development across the region, with a primary focus on the service provider and carrier market.
Having spent more than a decade in the telecoms and IT Industry, with senior management positions at global companies including Lucent and IBM, Kam will utilise his knowledge and expertise to ensure Nominum capitalises on the growing market demand for software that increases network robustness.

Most recently, David held the position of business development director at Lucent Technologies Asia Pacific, a role he held for nearly 5 years. Prior this, he held various positions at IBM Greater China/Hong Kong over a seven year tenure. He has also worked at US-based PC Pro in Massachusetts, a company he joined following the completion of his electrical engineering degree at Northeastern University in Boston. David speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
