End-of-life Policy

All Nominum Major Update software releases are supported for eighteen (18) months following the release of such software. A Major Update software release is defined by numbers that increment either of the first two digits of a version (for example, 15.3.0.0 or 5.4.0.0).

 

After formally announcing  the EOL of a product, the following Nominum support policy** will be in effect:

 

Support Policy:

Years 1 & 2: Full maintenance and support 24×7

Year 3: Commercially reasonable efforts (normal business hours)

Years 4 & 5:Time and materials (normal business hours)

 

**Support pre-payment exception:

If you have a multi-year support agreement, you will continue to receive 24×7 Premium Support for the remainder of the pre-paid period on those Nominum products, regardless of where your product lies in the EOL cycle.
